Local LEED Projects
If you live in the Cincinnati area, you probably have the opportunity to see a LEED Certified building every day. LEED Certified projects range from a new high-profile skyscraper like Queen City Square to the office of small businesses like Lohre & Associates. Many local school buildings have been either renovated or re-built from the ground up as LEED Certified buildings where the next generation of Cincinnatians learn and play.
Here are a few buildings (in no particular order) that you might recognize and run into as you’re out and about:
Great American Tower at Queen City Square
Keystone Parke Phase I
American Red Cross of Greater Cincinnati – Disaster Operations Center
Moerlein Lager House
Current at The Banks
Western Ridge Medical Office Building
Melink Corporation HQ
CPS – Pleasant Ridge
CPS – Sands (Mt. Washington)
CPS – Clark (Hyde Park)
United Way of Greater Cincinnati
To find those projects that might be near you, review our post on the new Green Building Information Gateway (GBIG) and search near your home or work.
