Description
Find out how deconstruction and material reuse can add valuable LEED points to your project and how Building Value can help lower your demolition and waste costs.
This event will be hosted by Building Value, Cincinnati’s leader in building material reuse and deconstruction services. Since 2004, Building Value has diverted close to 6000 tons of reusable building material from local landfills and provided area residents with a place to shop for quality and affordable home improvement products. The Building Value deconstruction team has worked with some of the largest contractors in the area providing selective demolition and waste management services which, on some projects, have led to additional LEED points.
Jerry Janszen, director, will explain how Building Value can assist you on your next project. Holly Christmann, Program Manager of Hamilton County Solid Waste Management District, will present a brief update on the state of waste disposal and recycling for Hamilton County, as well as summarize the county's programs and initiatives for waste diversion.
